Dine & Donate fundraiser

Partner with Aroma Stone Hearth Pizza to raise funds for your non-profit school,  athletic, community, or charitable organization. Through our Dine & Donate fundraiser, your organization can earn 10% on qualifying lunch and dinner orders placed on the day of your event.

How It Works

1. You contact us at 724-695-3504 or info@aroma.pizza to express your interest in a Dine & Donate event.
2. We work with you to choose a date for your fundraiser.
3. We provide you with a sharable image and a printable PDF you and members of your organization can use to publicize your event.
4. Fundraiser participants order by phone or online during lunch or dinner hours the day of the event.
5. You receive a check for 10% of qualifying sales within 2-3 weeks of your fundraiser.

The Not-So-Fine Print

1. We donate to school, community, non-profit, and charitable organizations. We cannot provide charitable donations to individual, political, or for-profit endeavors. 
2. The 10% donation  is calculated based on total food and beverage sales during lunch and dinner only. Total sales exclude tax, tip, and delivery and service fees. Catering orders are not eligible for 10% earnings unless approved by Aroma in advance of the event.
3. For phone orders: Customers must mention the fundraiser at the time of ordering for the sales to count toward the fundraiser.
4. For online orders: Customer must use the event code (provided by Aroma) at the time of orders for the sales to count toward the fundraiser.
